Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your House of Marley electronics and all original eco-friendly packaging into a secure shipping box to ensure safe transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
