Our products are crafted from mindfully sourced materials including FSC® certified wood, REWIND™ fabric made from recycled plastic, and recyclable metals to minimize our environmental impact.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
Do House of Marley products come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our headphones and speakers include a two-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Are the headphones and speakers compatible with all devices?
Our Bluetooth-enabled products are compatible with iOS, Android, and most PC/Mac devices. For wired products, we use a standard 3.5mm auxiliary jack.
How do I pair my Bluetooth speaker or headphones?
To enter pairing mode, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3-5 seconds until the LED light flashes. Select the device name in your phone's Bluetooth settings to connect.
